2.4 Consequences of Violation of Non-Transferability: Violation of this non-transferability clause may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account at the discretion of Edunade Academy.
3.1. Subscription: Users may be required to purchase a subscription to access certain materials on the Platform. Subscription details, including pricing, duration, and renewal, will be outlined on the Platform.
3.2. Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the payment method.
3.3. Cancellation and Refunds: Subscription cancellations are available on the platform. Once the cancellation is made, the subscription will be cancelled at the end of the month. Further, Edunade Academy may offer refunds – though it is not obliged to – if its promise to the client was substantially different to what is present on the platform and such promise induced the client to acquire a subscription.
4.1. License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational materials provided on the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4.2. Prohibited Conduct: Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the materials on the Platform without explicit written permission.
5.1. Submission: Users may have the ability to submit content, including but not limited to personal statements and cover letters. By submitting content, you grant Edunade Academy a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, and display the content.
5.2. Content Guidelines: Users agree not to submit content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.

Edunade Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform, including user accounts, at its sole discretion.
Edunade Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Central Arbitration Committee.
